It is our pleasure. One of our highly skilled professional Spa Therapists will perform your customized evaluation in order to recommend the perfect spa experience to address your specific needs.
When should I arrive at the Spa?

In order to have adequate time to relax and complete the health questionnaire, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your treatment.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to make up for lost time and your service may be reduced or even cancelled with a full charge for the cost of the service.
How should I dress?

Come as you like. Upon your arrival we will provide you with a luxurious robe and comfortable sandals. We suggest that you also bring your bathing suit to enjoy our hydrotherapy circuit.
What should I do in advance?

We recommend drinking plenty of water prior to your appointment to be well hydrated.
It is necessary to make a reservation?

All services are subject to reservation, according to availability. It is recommended to make reservations as far in advance as possible, to guarantee the service you request.
What is your cell phone policy?

In order to maintain a calm and quiet environment, cell phones, tablets, cameras or video cameras are not allowed in the spa room.
In this way, the privacy of all clients seeking moments of peace and serenity is safeguarded.
What payment options do you offer or Spa services?

All services must be paid for at the time of contracting the services. The method of payment is exclusively by credit card. All prices include IGIC.
What’s the best way to share any special considerations?

Let us know at the time of booking the treatment if you have any condition or situation that should require special care, especially if you are pregnant.
Our qualified staff will advise you on the most suitable type of treatment for your current state of health, with informative and educational value but not facultative.
Gentlemen's facial treatments: we recommend not shaving, at least 2 hours before the contracted treatment.
What is your cancellation policy?

In case of no-show or cancellation outside the 12 hours prior to the appointment, the company reserves the right to charge the full amount of the treatment or program. If, for any reason, the client decides to interrupt their stay or the requested program, no refund will be made.
